根據NBC報導，衛冕軍芝加哥小熊已經同意讓後援投手Hector Rondon(海克特?朗登比價)加入委內瑞拉國家隊，出征3月的WBC世界棒球經典賽。

28歲的Rondon是小熊倚賴的牛棚戰力之一，去年球季他吃下51局，防禦率3.53，並且有18個救援點，在Aroldis Chapman到來之前，一直都是球隊的終結者。

如果中國大陸思考兩岸關係的邏輯仍然停滯在中央對地方的心態，其所表現出來的行為之一是「台灣領導人必須先承認一中，那麼一切好談，這個一中就是我的中華人民共和國」，行為之二「在國際上，不停打壓台灣的國際空間，讓你無法生存」；前者已非台灣的主流民意，更違反朝野政黨絕大多數領導人的共識，洪主席除外；而後者更令台灣人憤慨，每次看到媒體報導台灣要參加國際組織，又遭遇中國大陸排擠、打壓的時候，絕大多數台灣人莫不對中國恨得咬牙切齒；寄語中共領導人們，只有改變僵化的思考邏輯，才能為兩岸帶來永久的和平；以前的「以商逼政以民逼官，外加文攻兼武嚇」這些統戰老把戲，二、三十年來台灣人民已產生免疫了。
